eSUN’s polylactic acid (PLA) coated paper is produced using 100% PLA raw materials. It is bio-based, safe, and reliable.
In addition, PLA coated paper has the following features: excellent stiffness, biodegradability, direct food contact safety, water resistance, oil resistance, heat insulation, mold resistance, antibacterial properties, and breathability. It can also be laminated with other materials to achieve additional functions.
Currently, eSUN’s PLA coated paper has passed multiple certifications and tests.
In daily life, it can be widely used in products such as cold and hot drink cups, coffee cups, soup bowls, paper plates, takeaway boxes, and other food packaging items.
Made from sugarcane fibers left after sugar extraction, bagasse packaging products are biodegradable and eco-friendly. The raw material is renewable, non-toxic, and safe, and can naturally degrade under composting conditions. They are commonly used for takeaway boxes, bowls, plates, coffee cup lids, and more.
These products are resistant to high and low temperatures, oil, and water, with strong structural stability—making them suitable for takeaway, catering, and food retail scenarios. They serve as a green alternative to single-use plastics.
Transparent coffee cups, lids, and straws made from PLA materials also demonstrate excellent biodegradability. They not only deliver a pleasant user experience but also meet market demands for plastic bans and restrictions.
